Principal designer
As the Owner and Principal Designer, I create stylish, functional spaces that reflect each client’s unique vision and needs. From concept to completion, I lead our team through staging and design projects with a strong attention to detail and a focus on thoughtful, innovative design. I’m passionate about guiding both our clients and team through each step of the process, ensuring every project feels seamless and intentional. My goal is to deliver spaces that not only look beautiful, but feel elevated, personal, and truly one of a kind.

junior designer
As a Junior Interior Designer, I support the design process from concept to completion, working closely with the design team to bring projects to life. I assist in developing design concepts, creating mood boards, and planning layouts that maximize both function and flow within each space. I help source materials, finishes, and furnishings, and create 3D renderings that help visualize the design direction. I also support project coordination to ensure selections, timelines, and installations come together smoothly and efficiently. I enjoy being part of the process of creating thoughtful, beautiful interiors that feel intentional, cohesive, and inviting for the people who live in them.

Lead Stage
As our Lead Stager, I work closely with Beth to oversee each project from the initial walkthrough to the final installation. I conduct staging pre-walks, evaluate each space, and help create thoughtful design plans that highlight the home’s best features. I prepare proposals and contracts, manage client communication throughout the process, and coordinate logistics to ensure each project runs smoothly. I also lead the design and styling of each stage, sourcing and placing furnishings and décor to create warm, inviting homes that buyers can truly connect with. I love transforming empty or outdated spaces into beautifully styled homes that feel welcoming, intentional, and ready to sell.
Lexi Morris
Social Media/Marketing
As the Social Media & Marketing Manager, I oversee the marketing and brand presence for our Staging & Design division and The MODSHOP. I create and manage content across social media platforms, develop marketing materials, and capture photography that showcases our work, products, and projects. I collaborate with our team to promote our services, engage our audience, and maintain a consistent brand image. I also develop creative marketing strategies and initiatives that increase visibility, drive growth, and strengthen our connection with clients and the community.
