The Mod Shop by Porchlight is a design-forward boutique created by Porchlight Interiors, formerly Porchlight Staging & Design, proudly serving the Wilmington area since 2021.
After years of staging luxury homes, designing homes and vacation rentals, and building a 4,000-square-foot warehouse of curated inventory, we realized something:
