The Mod Shop by Porchlight is a design-forward boutique created by Porchlight Interiors, formerly Porchlight Staging & Design, proudly serving the Wilmington area since 2021.
After years of staging luxury homes, designing homes and vacation rentals, and building a 4,000-square-foot warehouse of curated inventory, we realized something:
Our clients didn’t just want beautifully staged homes.
They wanted access to the pieces. The process. The point of view.
The Mod Shop was born from that desire.
